Our artisan goat cheese is handcrafted in small batches using raw (unpasteurized), full-fat goat milk from our own pasture-raised herd of ADGA-registered Nigerian Dwarf and Saanen goats. This lightly salted cheese is made right here on our farm using traditional methods and fresh raw goat milk for a rich, creamy texture.
Produced without preservatives or additives, our farmstead goat cheese highlights the exceptional quality of our fresh, raw goat milk in every batch.

Chévre from raw goat milk will last from 10-14 days (or longer) when kept wrapped tightly and refrigerated at 36-38° F.
