Raw Goat Whey is the nutrient-dense liquid that remains after creating goat cheese from raw goat milk. Unlike processed powdered whey, raw liquid whey maintains more of its natural nutrients, enzymes, and probiotics.  We never heat our raw goat milk over 90 degrees during our cheese making process so all the good stuff in the raw goat milk comes through in our cheese and whey.
